Public Relations Team Description
Photographer Description

Primary Function:
Provide Public Relations Team and other Teams with high quality photographs of Habitat staff, home- owners and volunteers working at construction sites, fundraisers and special events for print and digital applications.

Commitment:
Approximately8 hours per month for 1 year.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend Public Relations meetings.
  • Take photos on construction site of volunteers (individually and in groups), staff and homeowners, as well as at house dedications, fundraisers and special events.
  • Film video clips for posting to our website and use in training sessions.
  • Provide all photos and videos on CD with free rights to use where and when Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County chooses.

    Qualifications and Skills:
  • Professional or semiprofessional photography experience.
  • Must have transportation and photography equipment.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Dedication to the goals and mission of Habitat for Humanity.
